Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes — 100%. Every fragrance we sell is genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers. We never sell counterfeits or imitations. Read more on our Authenticity page.

Are Dubai and Arabic fragrances fake or copies?

No. Houses like Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan, and Al Haramain are genuine, established perfume brands. Some of their scents share a character with famous designer fragrances, but they are original products made by those houses — not counterfeits.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days within the USA. Shipping is free on orders over $99. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from within the United States, so you will never face customs delays or extra import fees.

Can I track my order?
