We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
Our 30-day policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or had their seal broken, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and, if eligible, send return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used fragrances (seal broken), except when damaged or defective.
- Items marked final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
