Shipping Policy

We want your fragrances to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises at the door.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times & costs

• Standard shipping (USA): 2–5 business days after processing.
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
• Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

All orders ship from within the United States, so there are no customs fees or international delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
