Track Your Order

Tracking your fragrance order is easy.

Using your tracking link

As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Click that link to see the latest status and estimated delivery date directly from the carrier.

Can't find your tracking email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Fragrance Central Hub.
  • Make sure your order has finished processing — orders ship within 1–2 business days, and tracking is sent at that point.
  • If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your order status by logging into your account.

Still need help?

If it has been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you have not received tracking, or your tracking has not updated in several days, contact us with your order number through our Contact page and we will look into it right away.
